Is it possible to set up an RSS feed to alert us to the arrival or new posts, or even to provide the full text of such posts?

I've looked into the RSS feed and rather than install additional code onto the board I believe the easiest way of keeping track it to subscribe to each forum that you are interested in.

So how do I do this ?

When you click on a forum to view posts, scroll down to the bottom of the page and here you will see a bar which has "Subscribe Forum" listed on it.
If you click this area (the icon turns from a tick to an x) it will subscribe you to the forum and you'll be notified of any new posts.
